Dubai is set to break new records with the announcement of what is expected to be the world’s highest nightclub, located in the Burj Azizi, a massive project that will soon stand as the second-tallest building in the world.
Burj Azizi: Second-Tallest Building in the World:
Scheduled to become the second-tallest building globally, the Burj Azizi will be 725 meters and 131 stories high, only slightly shorter than the 828-meter Burj Khalifa. First announced in 2024, the skyscraper will feature numerous attractions, drawing significant attention to the city.
World’s Highest Nightclub on Level 126:
One of the most exciting features of the Burj Azizi will be the world’s highest nightclub, located on the 126th floor. While developers haven’t provided specific details on their claim, the height alone would put it in competition with existing top-tier nightclubs, such as Privilege on the 75th floor of the SLS Dubai.
In addition to the nightclub, the Burj Azizi will also claim other world records. The building will house the world’s highest hotel lobby on level 11, the highest observation deck on level 130, the highest restaurant in Dubai on level 122, and the highest hotel room on level 118. The project is expected to be completed in four years, so eager visitors must be patient.
Luxurious Amenities and Attractions:
Burj Azizi will offer an extensive range of luxurious amenities for those less inclined to nightlife. These include wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, gyms, cinemas, and a children’s play area. A vertical mall spanning seven floors will provide shopping options and a luxury ballroom and beach club for guests to enjoy.
The skyscraper will also boast a seven-star hotel, which will reflect the world’s diverse cultures through its intricate interior design. Mirwais Azizi, Founder & Chairman of Azizi Developments, highlighted that the building represents more than just an iconic structure—it is a testament to Dubai’s growing skyline and luxurious offerings.
