Dubai, UAE – In a landmark move that signals its bold entry into master-planned residential communities, Binghatti Holding has announced the acquisition of a prime freehold land parcel spanning more than 8 million square feet of gross floor area in Nad Al Sheba 1. Valued at over Dhs25 billion ($6.8 billion), the future development is set to be one of the largest single-site residential projects in Dubai.
