Dubai has again been recognized as the premier destination for executive nomads, topping the Savills Executive Nomad Index for the second year.
The city’s unique blend of stunning scenery, world-class cuisine, pristine beaches, and remarkable attractions has made it the number-one choice for hybrid workers globally.
Dubai’s dominance in the Savills Executive Nomad Index, part of the Impacts program, highlights its suitability for long-term remote workers. The study evaluated 25 global destinations, each offering a digital nomad visa program or similar initiatives. Dubai secured the top spot by excelling in several key categories, including internet speed, quality of life, climate, air connectivity, and prime rents.
Andrew Cummings, Head of Residential Agency – Middle East at Savills, emphasized the appeal of UAE destinations for executive nomads. “Dubai and Abu Dhabi are incredibly appealing to executive nomads because they offer everything you need to thrive both personally and professionally, from modern infrastructure to high quality of life,” he said. He also noted Dubai’s vibrant business environment, which fosters growth, networking, and lifelong connections.
Dubai’s superior air connectivity played a crucial role in its top ranking. The expansive Dubai International Airport and the soon-to-be-expanded Al Maktoum Airport provided a significant advantage over other cities, including Abu Dhabi, which secured the second spot on the list.
