The masterplan’s first residential cluster, Arancia Yards, introduces 272 residences across three low-rise buildings. The cluster will include one, two, and three-bedroom homes designed around a 4,200 square metre landscaped sunken garden, creating a social and experiential heart for the community. In addition, Arancia will feature 3,000 square metres of rooftop terraces and more than 2,000 square metres of retail and food and beverage space integrated at ground level.
