One of the newer additions to Dubai’s skyline, you can’t miss One Za’abeel. The two gleaming towers, connected with the world’s longest cantilever, are an incredible sight, and you can even drive in between them.

Award-Winning Design:

The building hasn’t just impressed us; it was crowned with two huge titles this week. Presented by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), One Za’abeel won the category for the Best Tall Building in the Middle East & Africa 2024, beating out other towers from all over the region. But that’s not all. One Za’abeel also made it into the international rankings, winning the category of Best Tall Building, 300 meters, and above 2024.

Wowing the judges with its sustainable design and the architectural masterplan, Matthew Shaw, General Manager of One Za’abeel, commented: “This is a truly exciting time for One Za’abeel as it continues to build recognition at a global level. These Awards of Excellence recognize the project’s outstanding architecture and its strides to prioritize sustainability, connectivity, and user experience while incorporating the world’s best living, working, and leisure experiences in the heart of Dubai.”

Inside One Za’abeel:

One Za’abeel is not just a pair of towers. It also features The Link, a record-breaking building that connects the two towers. The site offers a range of office spaces and is home to a luxurious One&Only resort. This resort includes a world-class hotel, adding to the opulence of the site.

Inside the One&Only One Za’abeel is the world’s longest infinity pool, Tapasake, where you can spend a sun-soaked day or even visit for dinner or an evening glass of grape under the stars. There’s a huge selection of dining options, too, from the Sphere to Middle Eastern restaurant Arrazuna.

One Za’abeel also calls the SIRO hotel home, a dedicated fitness and recovery hotel where you can go for a quick stay-cay to rejuvenate and try out a few of its specialized spa treatments. There are 11 destinations for dining and nightlife, but if you never want to leave, you might want to consider moving into one of the 264 lavish residences also on-site.
