Peak Travel Period:

  • 914,000 Guests Flying Out: Expected from now until July 17.
  • Busiest Weekend: Friday, July 12 to Sunday, July 14, with around 840,000 guests.
  • Single Busiest Day: Saturday, July 13, is projected to see 286,000 people, surpassing the average daily traffic by 10,000.

Travel Tips for a Smooth Journey:

  1. Early Check-In:
    • Emirates: Utilize early and self-check-in facilities, including city check-in options.
    • flydubai: Arrive at least four hours before departure.
    • Other Airlines: Arrive no earlier than three hours before departure and use online check-in to save time.
  2. Baggage Allowance:
    • Familiarize yourself with your airline’s baggage policies to avoid surprises.
    • Check-in ahead of time to streamline the process.
  3. Security Screening:
    • Put metal items (watch, jewelry, mobile phone, coins, belt) in your hand luggage.
