OMODA & JAECOO has officially confirmed the upcoming UAE debut of its Super Intelligent Valet Parking technology, known as SIVP, following weeks of public attention surrounding vehicle sightings across Dubai.
The confirmation comes after several videos and images circulated online showing OMODA & JAECOO vehicles performing precise assisted parking manoeuvres in different parts of the city. The vehicles were spotted around business districts, shopping malls, airport areas and major roads, quickly creating discussion among motorists, technology followers and automotive observers.
According to the company, the technology is currently being localised for the UAE market ahead of its planned launch during the second half of 2026. The UAE is set to become the first market in the Middle East to introduce the feature, with SIVP expected to debut on the JAECOO J7.
The Super Intelligent Valet Parking system is designed to support drivers during parking manoeuvres by improving convenience, accuracy and confidence in challenging spaces. Videos shared online showed the vehicles smoothly navigating common parking obstacles such as pillars, parked cars and narrow areas, reflecting the system’s focus on real-world usability.
Dubai’s summer climate presents a demanding environment for advanced driving technologies. Extreme heat, busy parking areas and high traffic volumes can make parking more difficult, especially at shopping malls, commercial districts and entertainment destinations. OMODA & JAECOO said it has been fine-tuning the system for local conditions to help ensure a seamless experience for UAE drivers.
The technology is intended to reduce the stress of parking while keeping the driver fully engaged and in control. This makes it especially relevant for the UAE, where convenience, safety and intelligent mobility continue to shape the future of automotive innovation.
The announcement also strengthens the UAE’s position as a key market for OMODA & JAECOO’s next-generation mobility solutions. The brand has been expanding its local footprint through a growing retail and aftersales network and recently surpassed 5,000 vehicle sales in the UAE.
Alongside its Super Hybrid System technology, AiMOGA robotics ecosystem and upcoming product launches, the introduction of SIVP reflects OMODA & JAECOO’s wider strategy to bring intelligent, technology-driven mobility solutions to customers across the region.
The SIVP feature is expected to become available on the JAECOO J7 in the UAE during the second half of 2026, following completion of localisation and applicable regulatory approvals. The rollout will arrive as OMODA & JAECOO also prepares to introduce the OMODA 4 in the UAE around October, further expanding its portfolio in the country.
