In a world shaped by rapid acceleration, shifting economic systems, and technology evolving faster than predictions, a new generation of innovators is rewriting the rules. At the center of this movement stands Alexander Lozben, Founder and CEO of Interhash, an entrepreneur and investor whose thinking blends technology, culture, energy, and a deep belief in human potential.
Alexander belongs to the leaders who do not simply observe the future. They build it. His perspective is grounded in technological strategy, the philosophy of independence, and a lifelong devotion to progress. From Minsk to Dubai, from event production to crypto mining, his journey reflects a mind shaped by responsibility, discipline, and a constant desire to create.
This is the story of a leader who sees tomorrow not as an unpredictable mystery but as a landscape that can be designed with clarity, courage, and intelligence.
A Foundation Built on Values and Vision
Alexander traces his earliest lessons to his parents. They taught him to keep his word, believe in the best, and never wait for help but become the source of it. These principles continue to guide him as a leader.
He grew up in Minsk, a city that balances discipline with depth. Minsk gave him time to reflect, study patterns, and understand systems. Dubai, on the other hand, gave him ambition and scale. Together, these two worlds shaped an identity that blends thoughtfulness with boldness.
From Culture and Events to Technology and Leadership
Before becoming a leader in mining and crypto, Alexander spent years in the cultural and event industry. Those years taught him responsibility at an unparalleled level. He learned to manage everything: ideas, logistics, teams, security, execution, and audience experience.
This experience helped him develop resilience and the ability to build processes that function under pressure. These traits later became the foundation for his work in the blockchain and energy-driven tech sector.
Mining as an Industry of the Future
Alexander sees mining not as a temporary trend but as a maturing global industry. Countries like the UAE and the United States have already formalized it through mining licenses and public mining corporations. The era of small private miners is shifting toward large scale industrial operations backed by energy economics and regulation.
He explains Bitcoin as something simple yet fundamental. In a world where currencies expand without limit, people need something finite and transferable. Bitcoin carries the qualities of gold, but with digital flexibility that fits the needs of a modern economy.
Dubai: A City Built for the Future
Alexander describes Dubai as the frontier of modernity. A place that attracts talent, ambition, and people who want to create. Its low taxes, safety, and quality of life make it an ideal ecosystem for building, innovating, and living without limits.
Over the next decade, he believes Dubai will grow into an even more powerful global center. The city has already become a magnet for smart and determined individuals, and this movement is only accelerating. To him, Dubai represents stability, clarity, and opportunity in a world that is changing fast.
Industries That Will Shape the Next Ten Years
Alexander sees the future forming at the intersection of robotics, space, genetics, and artificial intelligence. AI, in particular, is becoming integral to every industry from sales to management.
Any product that incorporates AI is immediately perceived as more valuable. Traditional sectors will adapt rather than disappear, using technology to boost efficiency and performance.
Balance, Rhythm, and Inspiration
Despite Dubai’s speed, Alexander maintains balance by living in alignment with his values. Fitness, wakesurfing, swimming, gym training, golf, the sea, and the desert all contribute to his rhythm.
He finds beauty in many forms. Not only in visual aesthetics but in meaningful interaction, taste, thought, and emotion. Communities bring him energy, from sports groups to tech circles.
To his younger self, his advice would be simple: appreciate the moment. Every stage has its meaning. Everything comes at the right time.

On the Future, Technology and Life in Dubai
When you are asked to introduce yourself, how do you define your role today? Which fields and achievements are key for you?
Alexander Lozben: I am an entrepreneur, investor, and a person deeply passionate about technology, the future, and everything related to innovation. I am inspired by art and talented people. I enjoy amplifying their potential and building meaningful and energetic projects together.
On Values and Early Lessons
What values and principles did your parents instill in you? What did you transfer into entrepreneurship and leadership?
A.L.: To keep your word and always believe in the best. Not to wait for help, but to become the source of it. To dream, envision the ideal picture of the world, and try to bring it to life. And, of course, to believe in yourself.
On Influences and Ideas
Who influenced your thinking? Mentors, personalities, books, or ideas that shaped you at different stages?
A.L.: Today, the most relevant ideas often come not from books, but from videos or podcasts. But the biggest influence on me came from the ideas of freedom, progress, and technological equality. The Bitcoin White Paper by Satoshi Nakamoto once changed my mindset. I realized that intermediaries are not always necessary, and that this applies not only to finance, but to all forms of human relationships.
On Minsk and Identity
Your path began in Minsk. What part of that experience remains in your identity?
A.L.: Minsk is a unique city. On one hand, it is a capital with strong education and safety. On the other, it has a calm, thoughtful rhythm. This combination gives space to reflect and understand how the world works. Belarus has a strong IT culture with hardworking and kind people, and that helped me build the core team for my company. Minsk and Dubai complement each other. Minsk is modest and reserved, while Dubai is bold and ambitious. Together, they shaped me.
On the Cultural and Event Industry
You spent years working in the cultural and event industry. What lessons from that experience help you in business today?
A.L.: Organizing events gave me a significant sense of responsibility. When you create an event, you handle everything from the idea to ticket sales, from stage setup to security. It is multitasking in its purest form, and it builds resilience. That experience taught me how to build processes, manage teams, and deliver results.
On Mining and the Crypto Future
Today you are among the leaders in the mining and crypto sector. What fundamental forces are shaping the future of this industry?
A.L.: Mining is becoming a full-fledged industry at the intersection of crypto-economics and energy. Many countries are introducing regulation. In Dubai, there are official mining licenses, and in the US, public mining companies are listed on stock exchanges. The main trend is the shift from private miners to large industrial corporations. The industry is maturing.
On the Value of Digital Currency
How would you explain to someone outside the industry that digital currency is not a trend but part of future economic reality?
A.L.: Most modern currencies have unlimited supply, which leads to devaluation. In today’s world, it is important to have something limited and unique. Bitcoin fits this perfectly. It is often compared to gold, except gold cannot be transferred instantly via a smartphone. Bitcoin performs the same function in a digital format. It stores value, it is easy to transfer, and it answers the needs of the modern economy.
On Dubai as a Global Center
In recent years, Dubai has become a center of power. What makes it a unique ecosystem for people who create the future?
A.L.: Dubai is the frontier of modernity. It attracts ambitious, talented, and energetic people who create trends, and then the world follows. Low taxes, safety, and high quality of life make it possible. It is a place where everyone can realize their potential.
On the Next Industrial Wave
Which industries will be key over the next five to ten years?
A.L.: The direction is becoming clear. Everything is developing at the intersection of industries. Robotics, space, genetics, and artificial intelligence are very promising. AI is being integrated everywhere, from sales to business management. Any product that incorporates AI is already perceived as more valuable. Traditional industries will not disappear, but they will become more efficient.
On Dubai’s Next Decade
What do you see for Dubai in the next decade?
A.L.: Dubai’s role in the world will keep growing. Smart, wealthy, and determined people are moving here, and that flow will increase. Dubai withstands global challenges and remains a point of stability and opportunity. I am confident that its goals for population and economic growth will be achieved. Dubai has already become a center of power in the region.
On Balance and Energy
Dubai is rhythm, ambition, and speed. How do you maintain balance and energy?
A.L.: In this city, it is easy to combine work and life. I work out, go to the gym, do wakesurfing, swim in the sea. Golf when the weather allows. In Dubai, you can live in alignment with what you value, including sports, investments, community. You choose your rhythm, nightlife or the silence of the desert. And most importantly, it is a city of communities. From sports to technology, everyone finds their people.
On Discipline and Productivity
What principles of discipline and productivity are essential for you?
A.L.: Discipline and passion are everything. You must compete with yourself and become better every day. Small daily improvements bring enormous results over the long term. And you must enjoy the process, because without genuine interest, everything eventually loses meaning.
On Inspiration Beyond Business
What inspires you outside of business?
A.L.: I am inspired by beauty. Not only aesthetics but anything that creates emotion and goes beyond visual appearance. Beauty can be found in taste, in conversation, or in meaningful human interaction.
On Dubai as a Lifestyle City
If we talk about Dubai as a lifestyle city, which places shape its atmosphere?
A.L.: First, the Museum of the Future. Every time I drive past it, it reminds me that we live in a city that builds tomorrow. From lifestyle locations, I like the beach clubs at La Mer. From gastronomy, DIFC with its exceptional collection of restaurants. Downtown is energy, ambition, finance, and the tallest building with its fountains. For reset, the desert, safari, long walks. And of course the architectural symbols: Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, reminders that dreams can be built by hand.
On Advice to His Younger Self
If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?
A.L.: Enjoy the moment. Every stage of life is meaningful, both successes and failures. Everything shapes you. Everything happens for a reason. Just live, believe, and appreciate. Everything comes at the right time.
