International construction management holding DIA Holding has announced the beginning of a long-term strategic partnership with UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov. The collaboration will include a series of joint initiatives, with the first project being LuzOra Residences, a premium development in the prestigious Dubai Islands area.

The first development within the partnership, LuzOra Residences, is already under construction. Designed as a premium boutique Residence & Hotel complex, it will include 108 apartments and will be located near the waterfront in the emerging Dubai Islands district. The project is positioned for both short-term rental and long-term residents seeking a serviced lifestyle.
Residents will have access to a swimming pool, fitness center, and EV charging stations, while the beach will be reachable within 10 minutes by golf cart. A school planned nearby adds to the project’s appeal for family living. Construction is scheduled for completion in Q2 2027.
Nurmagomedov’s role in the collaboration goes beyond that of a traditional ambassador. He will also contribute to the development of DIA Holding’s future project concepts, with a particular focus on sports and social infrastructure.
DIA Holding stated that the Dubai Islands development will serve as the starting point for broader cooperation in the UAE. Future projects are expected to integrate the values of sport, family, and quality of life into both architecture and planning.
