UAE Team Emirates has announced that Slovenian cycling sensation Tadej Pogacar, widely regarded as one of the greatest talents in the sport, has signed a contract extension with the team until 2030. This long-term commitment further solidifies Pogacar’s status as the team’s leader and underscores the mutual trust and shared vision between the rider and the team.
Pogacar, 26, joined UAE Team Emirates in 2019, and since then, he has amassed an incredible 88 victories, including three Tour de France titles, victories in the Giro d’Italia, and several prestigious one-day classics. His remarkable 2024 season, where he was crowned UCI World Champion and won both the Tour de France and Giro d’Italia, has made history.
