Riyadh Air is strengthening its customer experience strategy with a new Golden Ticket promotion for Sfeer loyalty members, offering winners a year of premium travel while the airline continues expanding its fleet and international network.
Under the promotion, one Sfeer Member in each participating market will receive 12 individual roundtrip tickets, including six Business Class tickets and six Premium Economy tickets.
The Golden Ticket draw is scheduled to take place in October 2026, with winning tickets available for redemption until October 2027.
A Year of Premium Travel
The promotion is open to Sfeer Members across Saudi Arabia and selected international markets. Existing Sfeer Members will automatically be entered into the draw, while new customers must enrol in the Sfeer programme to become eligible.
Each winner will receive:
- Six individual Business Class roundtrip tickets
- Six individual Premium Economy roundtrip tickets
- Exclusive first-look access to Riyadh Air’s premium guest experience
Travel will be valid on commercially available flights operated by Riyadh Air, allowing winners to explore destinations across the airline’s growing network.
Kim Hardaker, Vice President of Loyalty and Sustainability at Riyadh Air, said the initiative reflects Sfeer’s focus on community and sharing while giving members an opportunity to experience the airline’s premium cabins.
The airline has not disclosed all participating international markets, with full eligibility requirements and terms available through Riyadh Air’s official website.
Riyadh Air Unveils Indigo Dreamliner
The Golden Ticket announcement comes as Riyadh Air introduces another major element of its brand identity.
The airline has unveiled the first images of its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner featuring its distinctive new indigo livery. The aircraft recently emerged from Boeing’s paint facility in Charleston, South Carolina.
The indigo-and-lavender colour scheme draws inspiration from spring desert blooms and Arabic calligraphy, creating a visual identity designed to complement Riyadh Air’s signature pearlescent white aircraft.
Approximately one in every 10 aircraft in the airline’s future fleet is expected to feature the indigo design.
A Distinctive Saudi Identity
The new livery forms part of Riyadh Air’s wider effort to establish a recognisable global identity rooted in modern Saudi culture.
Tony Douglas, CEO of Riyadh Air, described the arrival of the first indigo aircraft as an important milestone for the airline, highlighting its combination of a contemporary Saudi identity and distinctive visual design.
The aircraft is scheduled for delivery in the near future and is expected to operate across Riyadh Air’s international network.
Building a Global Airline
Riyadh Air’s latest initiatives come as the carrier accelerates its expansion, growing its fleet and destination network while developing a premium customer proposition.
The combination of the Sfeer loyalty programme, the Golden Ticket promotion and multiple aircraft liveries demonstrates the airline’s focus on creating an experience that extends beyond transportation.
With its distinctive branding, premium cabin offering and expanding international network, Riyadh Air is positioning itself as a new global carrier representing Saudi Arabia on the international aviation stage.
The Golden Ticket promotion adds another layer to that strategy, giving selected Sfeer Members the opportunity to experience the airline repeatedly while building engagement with its rapidly developing brand.
