Dubai is set to sparkle with excitement as the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) launches its 30th edition with a fresh and vibrant concept: DSF Nights. This year’s festival will bring 38 days of non-stop entertainment, beginning December 6, 2024, and running through to January 12, 2025. The event promises an unforgettable experience for residents and tourists alike, with daily fireworks, two exclusive Imagine fountain shows, retail pop-ups, gourmet dining concepts, and thrilling raffle draws.
A major highlight of DSF Nights is the spectacular line-up of free concerts featuring some of the biggest names in Arab music. Held every Saturday at Dubai Festival City Mall (DFCM), these performances will showcase renowned artists from across the region. The concerts will kick off on December 6 with Ahmed Saad, followed by Shamma Hamdan on December 7, Diana Haddad on December 14, and Yara Mena on December 21. The excitement continues into the new year with Hams Fikri on January 4 and Ibrahim Al Sultan on January 11, with more names set to be revealed in the coming weeks.
The festival’s entertainment doesn’t stop with concerts. Every Sunday, the globally recognized X Factor will take center stage at DFCM. Running from December 8, 2024, to January 12, 2025, the live singing competition will feature three categories, guided by esteemed judges Ragheb Alama, Rahma Riad, and Fayez AlSaeed. The talent on display promises to be a major draw, as contestants vie for the chance to make their mark in the music industry.
For those who love spectacular light shows, the Imagine fountain and laser show at DFCM is a must-see. DSF Nights will debut two brand-new Imagine shows designed specifically for the festival. These performances will feature record-breaking water screens, lasers, and vibrant projections, all synchronized to two beautiful soundtracks: Ya Salam Ya Dubai at 6:30 PM and Dubai Kawkab Akhir at 9:15 PM. The experience will be capped off by dazzling fireworks every night at 9:15 PM, ensuring the festival concludes each day with a grand flourish.
